Our Adult Program supports individuals aged 22 through end of life with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Who We Seek

At RFK Community Alliance, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team. The Program Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of a residence providing community based residential services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role is critical in managing the daily operations of the residence, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, and providing leadership to direct care staff. We seek an individual who values diversity, equity, and inclusion and approaches their work with a commitment to creating a supportive and structured environment.

Who You Are

You have strong supervision, organization, and communication skills and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. You have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of human services residential experience.
