Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Senior CWMD Training, Exercise and Readiness SME in support of DTRA. This position will provide technical, logistical, operational, training, and associated ancillary support required to develop, perform and execute DTRA's Joint Training Plan. This includes planning and conducting classified up to TS/SCI and DTRA JTP events and assessments. The personnel must have expert working knowledge of implementing all four phases of the DoD's Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States. The position will also involve supporting the development and execution of intricate and complex CWMD focused training in support of U.S. national military strategy and regional contingency requirements. The position develops, plans and conducts CWMD joint training events aligned with DoD and USG-wide Tier-I exercises in order to ensure proficiency of collective staff mission execution. Identifies strengths and weakness, review issues, lessons learned and recommends and implements refinements to the training audience.

Qualifications
- Must have a Master Degree and a TS/SCI. Must have 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. Government and international partner efforts to counter and deter WMD and emerging threats.
- Knowledge of DoD Strategic Guidance and associated documents.
- Ability to coordinate and reach consensus with other organizations and directorates.
- Analytical, technical, or administrative support expertise related to CWMD/CBRNE/Consequence Management and/or other DoD-related missions and activities preferred.
- DTRA experience preferred.
- Expert working knowledge of implementing all four phases of the DoD's Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States (CJCSM 3500 series).
- Experience supporting the development and execution of intricate and complex CWMD focused training in support of U.S. national military strategy and regional contingency requirements. Experience developing, planning and conducting CWMD joint training events aligned with DoD and USG-wide Tier-I exercises in order to ensure proficiency of collective staff mission execution.
- Experience identifying strengths and weakness, review issues, lessons learned, and recommends and implements refinements to the training audience.
- Must be able to write information papers and brief GO/FO/SES-level leadership and be familiar with CWMD/CBRN policy and doctrine at the strategic and operational levels of war.
