Overview of the Position: As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist this person will issue Airworthiness Approvals (8130-3) for distributed products & serve as ODA Unit Member as required. Perform conformity inspections in support of Wencor ODA. This person may also perform other activities as authorized by the Director of Quality. Education/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required and two years of experience with Aerospace Regulatory Compliance, or equivalent combination of experience/education. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
