Financial Analyst/Billing Clerk

Your future role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst/ Billing Clerk to join our team! If you have excellent organizational skills, love working with numbers, and enjoy ensuring accuracy in financial records, we'd love to hearfrom you.

Main tasks:



  • Review the invoicing requirements as per the contract
  • Gather the required information from customer in order to process the monthly invoice
  • Work with the stakeholders to build the business processes
  • Perform financial analysis related to actuals versus approved budget related to invoicing
  • Participate in ad hoc finance requests
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in billing, accounting or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial software

Minimum Requirements




  • Associate degree in accounting, business administration or a related field.



  • At least 5 years of experience in billing or financial administration





Salary Range for this Position is $70,400.00 - $83,000.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
