Are you a skilled Regulatory Affairs professional looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our dynamic team at Novonesis.

This position works under limited direction and is primarily responsible for possessing the knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting our business, communicating that knowledge within the company in an efficient and timely manner and supporting the business units' response to customer needs. It reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs Americas.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization efforts.
• Staying current with industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements.
• Representing the company in communications with regulatory agencies and trade associations.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or food science
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of FDA and international regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
