Compensation Details: We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of eighteen dollars per hour. Hours: This is a full-time position Field Supervisor We are currently searching for an Field Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. ServiceMaster BioClean provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service. What you'll do:

Our background check process includes a 7-year history review of nationwide, federal, and county crimes. Those with recent convictions or a pattern of convictions may not be considered for employment. In addition to a criminal background check, a motor vehicle report is also reviewed. Because the Supervisor is responsible for the care and operation of a company vehicle, a valid driver's license and driving history or pattern free of reckless behavior is required.
