Your Role at Vantive:

As a global company operating in 110 legal entities around the world, Vantive conducts banking activities with many global banking partners.

Vantive is looking to a hire Treasury Analyst to assist with daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and system administration. Operating under experienced supervision, this role is responsible for daily reconciliations, fund transfers, and tracking Vantive' s cash balances across the US and Canada. Understanding when and how money moves, confirming appropriate approvals, executing complex payment transactions, and ensuring that cash is in the right place at the right time, plays a key role in Treasury's broader remit. This role will also be responsible for global bank portal administration as well as banking/ cash management transformation initiatives to support Treasury objectives. This is a "hands-on" role reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Treasury, Americas and APAC.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform the entire range of cash movement transactions and support the complete range of Treasury activities (netting activities, daily cash management, cash forecasting, foreign exchange conversion, etc.) as needed to meet operational needs.

• Become an expert in local entity liquidity forecast to ensure the company properly positions cash around the region to meet obligations.

• Analyzes Vantive's bank fees and enhances reconciliation to drive savings and improvements.

• Manage Vantive global use of Kyriba including workflow, troubleshooting issues and ticket management of Kyriba Support cases. Participates in monthly service review meetings with Kyriba Customer Service team.

• Maintains core data in treasury systems such as banks, bank accounts, mapping rules, reports, report templates, intercompany partnerships, and standard settlement instructions for intercompany and third-party transactions. Provide approvals for dual administration change requests.

• Serve as global coordinator of bank portal access and administration, including the process for requesting and maintaining access and the coordination of other system administrators, to ensure consistent and well-controlled bank system access and usage.

• Assist Treasury Operations team with bank account management responsibilities including signatories update, open/close bank request, KYC (know your customer), and other ad hoc requests.

• Cash Flow Modeling and Forecasting - Lead Global Treasury Data Analytics efforts to understand all key drivers of country cash generation and conversion performance. Work with International and EMEA, develop financial modeling tools to harness available JDE, TMS and FP&A data to build country level cash flow forecasting.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred or related field (or country equivalent)

• 1-3 plus years of experience with bank account or cash management, financial planning and analysis, accounting, Treasury Operations, or finance decision support

• Experience working with Treasury Management Software (Kyriba), a plus

• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Strong technical aptitude and financial knowledge and a desire organization, attention to detail, and accuracy

• Good analytical skills with familiarity in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting

• Technical and financial knowledge including, business controls, data analysis, and general banking concepts

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

• Working knowledge of PC applications (i.e., Excel/Word/Power Point) with the ability to present both written and spoken information clearly and effectively.

At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 to $88,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
