Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will:



  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders and write detailed reports
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to provide effective therapy in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities, ensuring a holistic approach to student development.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and actively participate in IEP meetings.
  • Attend required training sessions to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.




Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
  • CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Proficiency in data collection and documentation
