As an Advanced Maintenance Mechanic at our winery, you will provide advanced maintenance and repair support for our production operations. This role is integral to ensuring our operations run smoothly while adhering to all safety procedures and supporting quality and GMP standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives. As an Advanced Maintenance Mechanic, you will lead machinery troubleshooting efforts, document repairs, and identify and report repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor. You will replace or repair defective parts, reassemble equipment, and test for conformance to specifications. Your expertise will be essential in disassembling malfunctioning equipment, examining and testing mechanisms, inspecting, testing, and calibrating instruments, and interpreting technical documents. You will also perform electrical installations, operate machining tools and drill presses, and conduct welding operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory safety and quality requirements.
