In this role, you will drive AI-powered innovation, oversee client infrastructure and feature flighting, and elevate the Store's user experience (UX). Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Microsoft Store, delivering seamless, high-quality experiences to users worldwide. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of client-side features, infrastructure, and AI-powered features.Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, designers, service engineers, data engineers, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.Champion engineering best practices, improving performance, security, and scalability.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and customer obsession within the team.Enhance the Microsoft Store UX, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and intuitive experience. |
