Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production development and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Duties and Responsibilities

Training and Development:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for current employees and new hires to ensure successful knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to employees, supervisors, and management.
• Develop and maintain training records, reports, and metrics to measure training effectiveness.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Compliance:

• Research and create documentation to support GMP compliance, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on GMP principles and practices.

Collaboration and Employee Development:

• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to support production development and troubleshoot production and depot repair units.
• Assess employee performance and provide feedback to ensure they reach a level of training to work independently.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans to address skill gaps and performance issues.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, education, or organizational development).

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, training, and development.
