What You'll Do:

  • Manage key inventory and storage.
  • Take license plates off cars.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly Outlook.
  • Utilize AS400 system to log keys.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Mail chargers and keys out to customers via FedEx.
  • Communicate with security for missing keys.
  • Build key sleeves for crew members.
  • Log keys in and out of the bookroom.
  • Organize EV chargers.
  • Document and file gate passes.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field
  • Expected to travel 20+% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and be well organized. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail preferred.


Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise level. Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
  • Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

USD 16.01 - 23.99 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $16.01 - $23.99/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
