About KEYS: Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) assists students who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) in their pursuit of post-secondary education. Students enrolled in the program have the opportunity to meet regularly with program staff who will help them meet their educational goals by:
KEYS is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. Position Overview: The Director supervises full-time and part-time employees in Keys Program as a member of the Student Services division, whose purpose is to provide academic and personal support to KEYS students. Coordinate additional support services and KEYS Program pre-enrollment meetings as required by the student, including but not limited to: Financial aid, academic advising, tutoring, mentoring, technical support, and remediation.This position oversees the annual grant preparation process and monthly reporting, develops and monitors grant budget expenditures, conducts grant re-budget (if needed), and assures compliance with the grant guidelines.
