Use hand and power tools to carefully remove and disassemble components without causing damage. Inspect parts for quality, functionality, and usability. Label, sort, and store parts and components for future use, resale, or disposal. Operate heavy machinery (cranes, forklifts) to move large or heavy equipment parts. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and reporting any issues to the supervisor. Keep accurate records of inventory, parts, and components, reporting discrepancies. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations and participate in safety training. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment. Knowledge of hand and power tools and heavy machinery (cranes, forklifts). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Ability to work independently or in a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions. Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
