This is an onsite position, and you will work in-person from a Patrona or client site. Compensation This is a Service Contract Act position, and the hourly rate and health & welfare benefit is based on the applicable Wage Determination. Security Clearance Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a general clerk or other equivalent role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer records and forms.
- Update weekly training reports.
- Email training reminders.
- Upload training PowerPoints.
- Create and send training announcements and instructions.
- Review, answer, and file emails.
- Answer and respond to calls from customers.
- Release and track training modules.
- Assist with organizing of training events.
- Perform customer service duties.
- Perform clerical services such as: answering phone calls, setting up meetings in Outlook Calendar, data entry, typing, printing, filing, logging, scanning, copying, faxing, archiving, shredding, and researching.
