General Clerk III Training Department

Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment to support the Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning & Procurement (SUBMEP) for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Kittery, ME as a General Clerk III in the Training Department.

Job Type: Service Contract Act (SCA) Full-Time

Work Model

Compensation

This is a Service Contract Act position, and the hourly rate and health & welfare benefit is based on the applicable Wage Determination.

Security Clearance

Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a general clerk or other equivalent role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer records and forms.
• Update weekly training reports.
• Email training reminders.
• Upload training PowerPoints.
• Create and send training announcements and instructions.
• Review, answer, and file emails.
• Answer and respond to calls from customers.
• Release and track training modules.
• Assist with organizing of training events.
• Perform customer service duties.
• Perform clerical services such as: answering phone calls, setting up meetings in Outlook Calendar, data entry, typing, printing, filing, logging, scanning, copying, faxing, archiving, shredding, and researching.
