Summary:

Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s) as Chief of Staff for the Enterprise Portfolio Management VP.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate and drives execution of strategies across the Data, Digital, and Commercial Technology organization.
  • Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analysis and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management.
  • Coordinates input from across the Enterprise to facilitate the integration of business plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
  • Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations to support the organizations growth objectives.
  • Teaming up with organization and stakeholder leadership to chalk out and prioritize strategic business objectives
  • Guiding department leadership with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively.
  • Setting key performance indicators to measure and improve organization performance.
  • Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
  • Acting on behalf of the VP to answer inquiries.
  • Steering strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
  • Pinpointing and addressing core issues within business processes.
  • Evaluating risk factors when making critical business decisions.
  • Completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
  • Leading meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
  • Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
  • Develops content, narratives and presentations in support of the VP for internal and external audiences
  • Presents to the EVP and other senior leaders as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong human relations and communication skills.
  • Executive presence with experience working with leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead transformational change programs.
  • Ability to create polished communications with a narrative focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Some travel required.

Domicile Information:

Remote, but ability to travel into Memphis as needed

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US pay range: $8,007.29 - $14,413.11 monthly
