Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Spring JPA REST Web Services Hibernate J2EE Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core GIT Core Java Maven and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work in a hybrid model during the day shift. This role does not require travel. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Spring JPA REST Web Services and Hibernate. Oversee the implementation of J2EE applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team in using Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes. Develop and maintain microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring Core. Ensure code quality and maintainability by using GIT for version control and Maven for project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Core Java and PL/SQL into the software development lifecycle. Manage the deployment and monitoring of applications in a hybrid work model. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications Must have extensive experience with Spring JPA REST Web Services Hibernate and J2EE. Should have strong expertise in Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes. Must be proficient in Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Core. Should have hands-on experience with GIT Core Java Maven and PL/SQL. Must have domain expertise in Payer. Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
