Job Description: Job Summary The Technical Trainer for the maintenance department is responsible for delivering structured material to employees in both classroom and shop environments, overseeing lessons, tests, and evaluations, and maintaining communication with leaders from other departments. Additionally, they observe and evaluate technicians, ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, and strive to constantly expand their knowledge. Responsibilities
