The following are the job essentials or basic skills and physical demands necessary for the job. You must be able to read and write, perform basic math skills, able to communicate with written and verbal skills, with seldom to constant walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, stooping, climbing, crawling, standing and reaching, and independent lifting up to 70 pounds and team lifts up to 170 pounds, operate floor scrubber

Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as needed):

Warehouse: Primary Responsibilities

• Collection of and disposal of plant waste
• Collection of recyclable materials such as plastic, cardboard, and metal
• Operate floor scrubber in the warehouse

Other Duties that May be Assigned:

Office, Restroom, Break room and Facility Grounds:

• Clean, disinfect and stock all restrooms and break rooms; including mopping floors, cleaning all vertical and horizontal surfaces, cleaning windows and blinds
• Vacuuming of all carpeted areas
• Collection of and disposal of office waste
• Inspect all office ceiling tiles, lights and air vents and clean or replace as needed
• Service all sanitary product dispensers; including toilet paper, soap, paper towel, female products
• Clean, stock and organize all custodian closets
• Maintain inventory and submit request for custodial supplies
• Sweep sidewalks and entree ways
• Pick up debris and waste from facility ground perimeter
• Removal of snow with shovel and/or salt spreading

Qualifications:

• Meet legal minimum age requirement
• Be authorized to be employed in the United States
• Be able to read and write
• Be able to complete basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
• Be able to work while standing for long periods of time
• Must be capable of light to heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs)
• Be willing to work overtime as needed
• High School Diploma (preferred)
