Covering multiple positions and departments, as well as mentoring new and existing staff on clinical processes and procedures. Review of new and existing staff documentation and charge documents for completion and accuracy. Practicing within the scope of a LVN and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Current California LVN license. Minimum 2 years clinical experience. American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider. Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous training experience and leadership skills. Experience in an outpatient setting.
