Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician IV works under the supervision of the Chief Facilities Engineer and is responsible for performing, assisting with, and managing the repair and preventative maintenance for the building's interior and exterior, infrastructure, and equipment. This role will assist in overseeing the day-to-day facilities operation and maintenance.
A minimum of 7 years of prior experience in Building Engineering is required. Must demonstrate the ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and manufacturer's data. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and Facility Preventative Maintenance Programs are essential. Must have working knowledge of diagnostic equipment and machine shop tools. Working knowledge of Cal-OSHA, HazMat, building, and fire codes is expected. High School Diploma/GED required.
