We are looking for a Drill & Blast Supervisor responsible for developing, directing, and coordinating mining activities in accordance with the mine plan and business needs to achieve delivery of ore at a quality and tonnage to meet internal customer demands. Responsible for the maintenance and continues improvement of workplace safety, enforcement of company policies and ensuring that work is performed efficiently and effectively. Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a huge amount of responsibility. We need you to motivate, inspire and keep your people safe and well.
