Impact You'll Make: The Manager - Accounting, Sales Commissions and Royalties will lead accurate financial reporting and timely payments for sales commission and royalty programs. Highlights of this position include driving process transformations in the Sales Commissions and Royalties areas, partnering with program leadership on strategic decision-making, and providing leadership and direction to direct reports and the global capability center accounting team. This position will drive streamlining processes in the Sales Commissions accounting area as a key stakeholder of a forthcoming incentive compensation system conversion. This position will scale the Sales Commission and Royalties accounting area, identifying opportunities to combine like processes, and designing and implementing new front-end controls to mitigate risk while reducing manual effort. Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan.
