Description Job title Life Skills Professional Reports to Office Manager Position Summary The Life Skills Professional is responsible for client support through direct interaction throughout shift; collaboratively and actively assisting and supporting the participants of the program in the development of Life/Recovery Support/Coping/Daily living skills. Facilitate and document life skills groups, implementing the activities on the monthly calendar; promote and enhance the trauma-informed culture of the program and the establishment and attainment of goals identified in the resident's treatment plan. Womanspace Empower is currently seeking one full time overnight 12am-8am LSP, one full time 8am-4pm LSP, and numerous on-call LSPs for all shifts (12am-8am, 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am) Essential Duties and Functions

Physical Requirements
RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within 8 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters. Reporting Relationships
