Description

The AI Prompt Engineers fine-tune models in pre-built applications, manage capabilities and configure AI tools for enterprise use. In collaboration with the AI Business Analyst and Functional Lead, the Prompt Engineers will work with business users, educating them in best practices for successful AI use case implementation.



  • Collaborate with business units to identify and advise on potential AI use cases, building out a solution for business problems that are purpose-built for AI solutions. Test prompts across various business scenarios, working with front-line users to provide guidance for best practices.
  • Maintain current understanding of machine learning, natural language processing and AI prompting techniques. Utilize research and training to bring forward new ideas and innovative solutions for the Bank's AI use cases.
  • Monitor and assess the outputs of AI platforms for bias, consistency, KP and performance tracking. Conduct testing prior to release of new systems and on a regular cadence following production release.
  • Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to make a tooling assessment, determining the correct build vs. buy decision. Once a decision has been made, create requirements documentation to aid in the selection or development of the AI solution.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Position Requirements:



  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI)Proficiency with tools like Python, SQL, or JSON; familiarity with AI platforms is a plus
  • Experience in AI, NLP or working directly with large language models, particularly in prompt engineering
  • Analytical skills to interpret prompt performance metrics and optimize accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Economics, MIS, Math Computer Sci, or Engineering.
