Responsible for directing and guiding a dynamic program management organization to manage and drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives across various business domains. Leads with an emphasis on accountability, ensuring the right level of rigor and visibility is provided for desired outcomes. This role demands a visionary thought leader to steer the organization toward successful value delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring rigorous program management standards, risk management, financial oversight, and executive-level reporting to support the company's strategic objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals and teams toward achieving common goals while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strategic Consulting: The capacity to think analytically and make decisions that align with the organization's long-term objectives and vision.
  • Program Oversight: Lead the program management organization to provide comprehensive oversight for sub-projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Standards & Execution: Ensure adherence to common program management standards and operating models to guarantee robust execution and accelerated delivery of projects.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into program progress and outcomes. Present to executives on risks, roadblocks, successes, and overall program health.
  • Financial Management: Partner with finance to oversee project costing and valuation, ensuring financial targets are met.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others, develop strategy, lead people, and drive executive level programs.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in program management in a business environment or strategy consulting with a demonstrated strong understanding of business and financial planning functions. Three (3) years of management experience in the last five (5) years required.

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
