Responsibilities
As a Technical Operations SME with MTSI you will direct day-to-day operations in civil engineering for Program requirements. Responsibilities:
- Developed strategic plan and departmental goals to maximize work-flow.
- Identify and track all risks associated with site operations and ensure proper mitigation plans are in place.
- Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and fosters customer relationships.
- Assists in preparation of policy/SOPs/guidance for the operations, maintenance and construction of projects for the DOD facilities.
- Identifies program problems, risks, and opportunities, and develops and implements action plans and solutions.
- Collaborate with program managers on acquisition management, contracting, cost estimation, performance, and risk.
- Serves as technical representative during requirement forums such as 35%, 65% and 95% design reviews.
- Services as technical representative on small projects such as installing mechanical equipment.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 20+ years specialized experience collaborating with Operations, Design and Engineering Teams to provide sound business solutions
- Experience in leading the planning, organizing, and coordination of projects/programs through designated phases by performing routine and recurring program management work
- Experience in coordinating facility projects, including design and construction planning in line with budget and
mission support time-lines
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline such as Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology or Industrial Engineering.
Clearance Requirements:
- TS/SCI required.
