We are seeking a client-focused and dynamic
Business Line Manager to lead strategic growth and project delivery for our Transportation Business Line in
Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation design, a proven ability to manage large-scale projects, and experience working with MassDOT.
As a key leader, you will develop and implement growth strategies, spearhead marketing initiatives, and represent the company at industry events. You'll also mentor staff, assess training needs, and support recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team.
