Are you passionate about marketing, community engagement, and growing well-loved brands? Dine Brands is looking for a Field Marketing & Catering Specialist to help drive local marketing efforts, build community relationships, and support catering initiatives across company owned restaurants in the Atlanta and Memphis markets.

This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, organized, and eager to grow their marketing career in the restaurant industry. You'll work closely with our operations team, corporate marketing, and community partners to help keep our brand top-of-mind in local markets. From coordinating community events, hands on involvements in our catering operations, to supporting restaurant teams with their marketing needs, you'll play a key role in growing our guest base and ensuring a strong brand presence.

What You'll Do

• Engage with the Community - Serve as a brand ambassador, connecting with local organizations, schools, businesses, and guests to build relationships and drive traffic.
• Support Catering Growth - Assist in growing our catering business by developing outreach strategies, working with restaurant teams, and supporting execution of catering events.
• Execute Local Marketing Plans - Work with restaurant leadership to create and implement marketing strategies tailored to each location's needs.
• Plan & Support Events - Organize in-restaurant promotions and off-site activations that support the brand and increase visibility in the market.
• Manage Local Sponsorships & Partnerships - Identify partnership opportunities and oversee local sponsorships and donation requests.
• Brand Support - Ensure branding and marketing standards are consistently executed in all locations.
• Track & Report Impact - Provide regular updates on marketing efforts, including guest engagement, community outreach, and sales impact.

What You Bring

• Passion for marketing, branding, and community engagement.
• Strong communication and people skills-you're comfortable talking to guests, business leaders, and restaurant teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned area and work some evenings and weekends for events.
• Prior multi-unit marketing, sales, event planning, and restaurant experience is a plus!
