$19/hr, plus full benefit package and generous PTO! Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) provides support and care to individuals facing mental health, behavioral, or emotional challenges. Working under the supervision of licensed professionals, the BHA assists with implementing care plans, facilitating therapeutic activities, and supporting clients in achieving their treatment goals. They also educate clients and families on coping strategies, monitor progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for clients. Required Education/Experience:
