Responsibilities: Manage the utilization, maintenance, and transportation of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulations. Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and audits to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Coordinate with project managers to align equipment availability with project schedules while handling permits, licenses, and documentation for transportation. Lead a team of mechanics and drivers, collaborate with vendors for repairs and purchases, analyze equipment costs, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
