Who we are looking for:
The Set-Up Supervisor is responsible for logging/review of queue assignments daily, balance load assignments as needed due to outages, and/or assisting team members who need assistance. The Set-Up supervisor must have a good understanding of team members' capabilities and capacity to provide leadership with a recommendation on team alignment.
What you'll do:
- Log/review of queue assignments daily, balance load assignments as needed due to outages, and/or assist team members who need assistance. The Lead must have a good understanding of team members' capabilities and capacity to provide leadership with a recommendation on team alignment.
- Assign priorities, establish, and communicate deadlines, and track problems while ensuring capacity within the Transaction Coordinator Team.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate tracking via the use of the management reports in fusion.
- Responsible for completing and delivering the TC monthly scorecard and 1:1 meeting.
- Comply and conform to all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending while communicating to the team as needed.
- The Supervisor should remain current on industry and technology changes, as well as carry a pipeline to include one to two set-ups per day.
- In conjunction with the Regional Risk Manager and Regional Operations Manager, generate and implement file flow improvements to enhance the loan officer, borrower, referral partner, and team experience.
- Prepares disclosures and brokered disclosures.
- Assist manager in completing the Daily Closing Assignment List as well as learning the closing process.
- Assist with regional support helpdesk.
- Salesforce reporting.
- Assist the regional leadership team with coding files in the Loan Origination System (LOS) a rush in underwriting.
- With the Regional Team, participate in meetings at the operational and project level.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Management team on special projects.
What you'll need to be successful:
Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, processing or related work
- 1+ years of Lead/Supervisory experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior processing members
- Must have high level of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent communications (oral and verbal) and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Familiar with LoanSoft with strong data input skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
