Planned Parenthood North Central States Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota Training & Development Specialist Health Center Associate - MN, IA, and SD Pay: $23 - $37 per hour (experience will be compensated). Travel time and mileage reimbursed! Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours per week Shift times: Schedule varies along training cycles. Primarily Monday - Friday, working 4 days per week. Onsite training days generally 9:00am-4:30pm. For administrative work, starting between 8-10:00am and ending between 4-6:00pm. Day off will vary based on training schedule. Location: Time will be split between health centers including Alexandria, Mankato, Rochester & Saint Cloud, MN; Sioux City, IA; and Sioux Falls, SD Job type: Non-Exempt Travel: Travel among listed health center locations approximately three days per week. Primarily day trips, but may include minimal overnight trips. Admin days may be completed remotely or at health center. Union Membership: This position is represented by SEIU. Questions? Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Support Services, the Training and Development Specialist advances quality reproductive and sexual health care and exceptional patient experience by developing and delivering effective trainings and resources for new and established health center staff at PPNCS. Core roles and responsibilities include onboarding health center staff, participating in collaborative partnerships, education, and competency management, as well as administrative duties. This position specializes in training and onboarding all front desk and non-certified/non-licensed back-office staff (HCA Is, HCA IIs, and MAs) as assigned at Planned Parenthood. Training and Development Specialists are advocates in implementing our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all".
