Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Location: Charlotte, NC. Work from Home- Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Solid grasp of SAP Project Management concepts covering all business process including technical and management activities.
• Expertise in SAP ECC SAP S/4 HANA and experience with Agile Methodology.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams and ensure project achievements are met.
• Apply JIRA for task management, sprint planning and issue tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple project tracks simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership communication and customer-facing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Conduct regular monitoring of project progress reconciling with baseline plans.
• Maintain and track risks issues and follow-up on closure actions.
• Implement Agile Project Management practices (core Agile principles and ASAP) to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Ensure quality control at all stages minimizing errors in deliverables.
• Supervise requirements gathering and approval processes according to organizational standards
• Lead changes to the project baseline handle change requests and secure necessary approvals
• Provide regular project updates through comprehensive written and verbal reports

• 8+ years of SAP Project Management experience
• Prior experience with in SAP ECC SAP S/4 HANA and Agile Methodology.
• Familiar with JIRA for task management, sprint planning and issue tracking.
• Prior SAP FICO functional knowledge and BRIM RAR is helpful

The annual salary for this position is between $138,333 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
