The Administrative Assistant - Inside is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including managing communications, scheduling, and coordinating office activities, to support the team and contribute to the organization's success. What you'll be doing: Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the office environment is organized and professional. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members. Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Data Entry: Enter and update data in various systems and databases, maintaining accurate records. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and securely stored. Support Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. Special Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
