We are hiring safety minded Ready Mix Truck Drivers to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial & residential projects in the local Big Island market.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Safely drive and deliver ready mix concrete to various locations as directed by dispatchers.
  • Complete pre and post trip equipment inspections, properly documenting, reporting, and following up on deficiencies.
  • Document each delivery, completing all required paperwork.
  • Develop product knowledge and understand the importance of quality and service.
  • Maintain a clean appearance thoroughly washing residual concrete material from equipment according to operational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions/conditions.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Valid CDL Class B with minimum 1 year driving experience.
  • Current Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Have working knowledge and experience in examining vehicle to detect malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needed.
  • Knowledge of the local area and road conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. several times a day.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Display a professional, courteous, and positive attitude toward all team members and customers.
  • Willingness to cross-train.
  • Willingness to work an irregular schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good ready and writing skills.


Willing to train the right applicant, CDL Class B is still required.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • CDL Class A.
  • 3-5 years driving experience, ready mix truck preferred.
  • Knowledge of concrete materials.
  • Mechanical experience.
