We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team! Knife River Casper is accepting applications for a Construction Superintendent. This is a full-time position that requires travel to out of town sites. 1. Person shall demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties including management and direct involvement of all construction related tasks. 2. Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies. 3. Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work. 4. Superintendents shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in earthwork/site grading, asphalt paving operations, underground utilities and concrete operations Ability to manage multiple projects safely and efficiently Efficient in scheduling equipment and crews, reading plans and specifications Safely and efficiently manage crews to complete work as per plans and specifications How To Apply: Knife River is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
