In this senior-level role, you'll work at the cutting edge of digital imaging-capturing high-quality microscopic scans, refining artefact restoration techniques, and ensuring AI can analyze pathology images with greater precision than ever before.

Role Overview:

Master Slide Preparation - Verify, inspect, and prep glass slides for optimal digital scanning.
• Elevate Image Quality - Review scans, detect artefacts, and ensure clarity for clinical and research use.
• Operate & Troubleshoot - Run, calibrate, and maintain high-tech digital slide scanners.
• Keep It Compliant - Maintain meticulous records and ensure adherence to safety, LIS, and privacy protocols.
• Train & Innovate - Mentor junior staff, contribute to research, and help shape new AI-powered methodologies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED + 2-4 years of lab or data entry experience (Associate's/Bachelor's preferred!)
• Digital Pathology Certificate (Required)
• Expertise in digital slide scanning platforms & LIS systems
• A keen eye for detail and a talent for troubleshooting imaging challenges
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Pay Range: $23.03-$36.67
