Job Summary Work as part of Vistra's corporate legal team to provide legal support to all aspects of Vistra's business. Job Description Responsibilities The candidatewill spend time in the law department with broad exposure and experience working in Corporate Transactions, Environmental Litigation, Energy Trading, Wholesale/Retail/Corporate Compliance, Real Estate, Contracts and Procurement, Labor & Employment, Environmental Health and Safety and the general operations of the Vistra Legal and Compliance Department. Up to 8 week internship project; starting mid-May through end of June. Requirements: The candidate must currently be enrolled and will have completed their first or second year at an accredited law school.
