Job Summary
Responsible for performing any combination of the following: Prepares processes, inspects, and packages commodities and/or finished product. Monitors and responds to basic functioning needs of area equipment, i.e. line speed, feeding product, line clearances, loading or unloading materials. He/She is expected to adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, plant quality, safety, and documentation systems requirements.
Hourly Range: $20-$22 Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACTIVITES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENT 1) Complete controlled documents/paperwork in an effective manor with few errors 2) Pack product/boxes/cases 3) Assist line equipment operators in maintaining, running, changing over the equipment 4) Tend equipment and clear jams, load commodities, move materials, and remove trash 5) Verify process steps are completed correctly in appropriate batch records 6) Read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures 7) Clean equipment, floors, and walls 8) Performs other duties as assigned 9) All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities Requirements: 1. Must be able to lift 40 lbs, sort and lift components 6 - 8 hours a day. 2. Must be able to prioritize work loads to maintain production demands in a timely manner. 3. Experience using SAP desired, other computers skills helpful 4. Must be able to operate powered equipment - forklifts, power walkers, man-lifts 5. Must be able to operate Material Handling equipment at heights of 35 - 40 feet. 6. Teamwork and cooperation skills.
