Role Summary: Develop and sustain a high-performing sales culture by leading, training, and motivating a team of Walmart/Sams sales leaders, agency, and network partners. Expertise Includes: Walmart/Sams focus with proven track record in Large Account Management. Location: Bentonville, AR area. Key Responsibilities:
Competencies:
Education: BA degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA Preferred Experience: 10+ years of experience Skills: Strong understanding of all CPG Business Functions, Strategic Acumen, Operating Skill, Energy/Drive, Interpersonal Communication Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
