Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading law firm based in Monroe, LA, and we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement, advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence. This role requires strong negotiation skills, litigation experience, and a client-focused approach to ensure the best possible outcomes. Secure your professional journey us today! Salary: $50,000 - $100,000/yr. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims. Conduct client consultations, assess case viability, and develop legal strategies. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, demand letters, and settlement agreements. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to maximize client compensation. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and collaborate with experts to strengthen cases. Maintain client communication and ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations. Qualifications: Candidates must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active state bar license in [State], with 1-5+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred, 2+ years of experience as an Attorney. Strong negotiation, litigation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in legal research and case management software is required. Preferred qualifications include trial experience, bilingual a plus, and familiarity with insurance defense strategies.
