As a Downstream Marketing Manager, US Infusion Systems, you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. What you'll be doing

The Downstream Marketing Manager, US Infusion Systems will execute marketing strategies for our US Infusion Systems consumable products, collaborating closely with the US sales team to offer necessary support and tools for achieving revenue growth objectives. Additionally, this role will have profit and loss (P&L) portfolio responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of short and long term marketing strategies, upcoming product launches, that align with overall business objectives
  • Lead financial and product demand forecasts by analyzing end user trends and understanding key growth assumptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to create and implement evidence-based marketing campaigns and sales tools
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop field sales tools to protect and grow our business and implement programs that support the sales process
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
  • Provide regional feedback into new product development programs
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive insights and best practices, and share recommendations within the organization
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field required
  • 5 plus years proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactical plan development
  • Ability to analyze complex data, extract insights, and communicate recommendations effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaigns to both internal and external collaborators
  • Disciplined project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong collaborative skills, effectively working with cross-functional teams, including clinical teams

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - 143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
