INSURANCE RISK ANALYST The Insurance Risk Analyst is responsible for the coordination, oversight and placement of project specific insurance policies and assistance with subcontractor prequalification risk reviews. Works closely with operations/project administration and external partners for project specific placements and the subcontractor prequalification and operations/project administrative teams and subcontractors for subcontractor prequalification risk review. Office and Travel: Primarily works in corporate office out of Roseville/Dallas. May be minimal travel between office locations and to insurance/risk related conferences. Note: 5% of travel time with additional opportunities for travel if interested. Eligible for fully remote or hybrid position. Subcontractor Prequalification (15% of time)
Risk Management (20% of time)

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $95,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer. Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth. Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
