Electrical Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is seeking a motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician in Osceola, AR. This is a full-time opportunity with our premier client. Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent + electrical degree or training
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience as an industrial electrician
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of 480-volt 3-phase electrical distribution systems and motor control
• Skills: Familiarity with common electrical tools and measuring instruments + Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics + Basic PLC programming experience + Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills + Quality and detail-oriented

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on complex electrical equipment including PLCs, control circuits, communication systems, I/O field devices, and VFD drives/motors.
• Installation and Modification: Install or modify electrical equipment following electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, and other specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work directly with all maintenance and operations personnel in a fast-paced environment to promote a safety-focused and productive team; support electrical teammates to help maintain a positive and efficient work environment focused on safety and reliability.
• Program Development: Assist in the development of a work safety program, PM system, personnel training program, and equipment spare list for the electrical group.

12-hour Shifts | 4 days on & 4 days off
