Integrated Construction Coordinator I - Civil SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator I to join our Civil Group to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants through the use of ArcGIS platforms. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrating the ability to be flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality will be vital for your success. Strong planning and organization skills are critical for completing your tasks. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO MINNEAPOLIS, MN AREA. RESPONSIBILITIES Planning, implementing, and coordinating Virtual Design and Construction processes through appropriate technology platforms

The base pay range for this role is $84,100 - $105,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-GB1 Please make note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
