Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Position Overview

Our Facilities Data & Work Task Manager is responsible for managing the Work Task process within the Real Property Management System (RPMS). Key duties include being a liaison between government leadership and the identified building managers. This person ensures data quality standards are established and maintained and communicates with government or contracted maintenance technicians to verify task status is accurately reflected within RPMS.

Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ICE staff regarding the status of Work Tasks and provide updates as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between ICE and the maintenance contractor to ensure clear communication and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate computer operations activity to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient operation of organization's computer system.
  • Plan and develop policies and procedures for carrying out operations.
  • Devise systems capability that reflects the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the government's needs and budget.
  • Meet with team to discuss progress of work, resolve problems, and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met.
  • Review daily logs and reports to detect recurring slowdowns or errors.
  • Coordinate with building managers to collect Work Task requirements, ensuring that all tasks are properly defined.
  • Assist with the prioritization of Work Tasks based on published guidance, ensuring that the most critical tasks are prioritized.
  • Manage the Work Task dashboard, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and tasks are tracked in the system.
  • Ensure organization makes maximum use of the system by training the principal users.
  • Meets with data processing managers to determine impact of proposed changes in operations and service to users.
  • Oversee the quality control of all Work Tasks, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting from the system to facilitate operational decisions and improvements.
  • Manage the closeout process for all Work Tasks, ensuring proper documentation is received and overall completion.
  • Provide subject matter expertise as it relates to facility Work Task management, offering insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency.


Required Skills and Experience



  • 5 years of experience managing Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and 5+ years TRIRIGA experience.
  • 5 years of experience with operations and maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility management using TRIRIGA/MAXIMO.
  • 3+ years of experience using dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining training material.
  • A working knowledge of data exchange or API processes used to migrate data.
  • Strong communication skills in virtual and in-person environments.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
