We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Location: Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S

Experience: 10 -14 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $170,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the AEM support engineering team.
  • Collaborate with system engineers to ensure seamless integration of AEM with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend AEM functionalities.
  • Author and manage AEM content to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical training as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AEM processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
  • Demonstrate experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining AEM components and templates.
  • Have a deep understanding of AEM integration with other systems.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Possess the ability to work in a hybrid model during day shifts.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends.
