Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Quality Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Sales activities, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. You will report to the Manager of Product Quality. You will work hybrid from our Mayfield Heights, OH facility or Milwaukee, WI headquarters.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Monitor and analyze post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on quality and reliability aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
  • Ensure activities and products are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
  • Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure that established manufacturing processes are followed.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in product quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Product Development process ( Concept, Design/development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization/Utilization) Desirable.
  • Agile Methodology knowledge (desirable)
  • Familiarity with post-sales support and customer feedback analysis.
  • Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt)
