What You'll Be Doing

As a Field Sales Developer at Ferrero, you'll play a crucial role in Distributor Collaboration. You'll maintain close contact with distributor sales teams to enhance the implementation of Ferrero's planned activities, including product layouts, shelf visibility improvements, and optimizing assortments. Your strong Market Engagement and Analysis will involve visiting stores daily, collecting market data, monitoring brand performance, and ensuring Ferrero products are visible and accessible. In Sales Development, you'll suggest sales improvements aligned with distributors, store potential, and Ferrero's priorities, while maintaining accurate and timely daily reports in the ARGUS system according to your KPIs. Routine Office Tasks include weekly check-ins with the Field Sales Manager for feedback and updates, keeping you aligned with Ferrero's brand priorities.

Your Skill Set:

To thrive in this role, you'll need a University Degree and fluency in English. Your proficiency in MS Office will be essential, as will your driver's license. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with organizational prowess and a results-oriented mindset. You'll bring a team spirit and a customer-oriented attitude to everything you do. With at least one year of experience in a sales role, you'll be ready to hit the ground running and make a real difference.
